	The Dining room looks onto the sunny back garden which is visited by a large variety of birds and also by squirrels, foxes and badgers
	All rooms are very spacious, centrally heated and have colour TV and hot/cold washbasins.    The twin room has a bath/shower and toilet en-suite, and a balcony looking down the valley to the sea.  It forms an ideal family suite with one of the double rooms which also opens onto the same balcony.   The other double  room looks onto the back garden.  Both the double rooms have the bathroom and toilet next door.

  We are a non-smoking establishment

The minimum booking including Fridays and Saturdays from April to September is two days
